Role and Responsibilities

-Must have at least 1 year experience in Customer Service

-Greet customers arriving to the center

-Answer general question regarding the issuance of Georgia Driver License and provide instruction to customers  about services offered. Issue Qmatic ticket number

-Type applicants person information into the testing computer. Monitor test and record scores. Good oral communication skills and customer services skills.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

-A customer service representative job requires a high school diploma or state equivalency certification

Preferred Skills

- Must be able to stand long period at time and work at the capture station.

-Operate digital camera in order to obtain digital photographs for license. Must have cash handling skills, able to use credit card machine.

-Troubleshoot any problems or issue with the driver license ID printer, including changing laminate or film roll.-

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Strong customer service orientation; actively looking for ways to help people using a variety of customer service skills and techniques

-Intermediate computer skills

-Ability to interpret rules and regulations

-Ability to manage time and multiple tasks.

-Enthusiasm for and commitment to effective, fair and efficient problem resolution

-Negotiating skills to achieve appropriate outcomes

-Understand the implications of information in problem solving and decision making

-Critical Thinking; using logic and reasoning to determine appropriate solutions, conclusions.

-Operate a variety of data entry equipment to transform, transcribe and verify source material to computer-readable media; enter into database and retrieve data from computer terminal according to established guidelines

-Verify accuracy, validity and completion of transcribed data by computer verification, proofreading

-Under immediate supervision, is responsible to input data into computer terminal

-Must be able to type a minimum of 50 wpm accurately
