JOB DESCRIPTION
Role and ResponsibilitiesGreeting department visitors and issue visitor badges, oversee matter of laboratory safety, maintain safety training records, oversee building maintenance and repair issues ensuring each request is addressed, manage building access and department equipment inventory.
Ensuring facility is clean and safe, interact with contractors, couriers and customers, assist with event setup, prepare correspondences, route packages and handle conference room reservation and answer phone.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, must type at least 45 wpm
  • Must be a  H.S graduate  with 3 yrs work related  experience   
  • Minimum of  1 years experience as Building Coordinator with AS or BS degree
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills  written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Laboratory Safety Procedures
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
  • Must be able to lift up to 25-40lbs

The Accounting Clerk performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department including:
-Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
-Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
-Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
-Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
-Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
-Compiles data, prepares and distributes basic informations reports.
-Overseeing customer billing and cash receipts processing.
-Proper recording and application of cash, management of outstanding invoices, and direct interfacing with customers on collection matters and dispute resolution.
-Support Management by providing timely and accurate payment and account standing information.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Access
Intermediate skills in Excel
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task

-Must have at least 2 years background in Reconciliation, payroll, and general ledger skills a must.
