Role and Responsibilities -Under general supervision, this position receives inbound and outbound calls, prepares correspondence, and resolves customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction -Ensures that driver license obligations are met through a call center setting. -The Agent will use customer service skills to include active listening and negotiation ability, strong communication technique.  Qualifications and Education Requirements -A customer service representative job requires a high school diploma or state equivalency certification -Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a high volume telephone contact environment with resolution of complaints or inquiries is an advantage for customer service representative jobs   Preferred Skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills -Strong customer service orientation; actively looking for ways to help people using a variety of customer service skills and techniques -Intermediate computer skills -Ability to interpret rules and regulations -Ability to manage time and multiple tasks. -Enthusiasm for and commitment to effective, fair and efficient problem resolution -Negotiating skills to achieve appropriate outcomes -Understand the implications of information in problem solving and decision making -Critical Thinking; using logic and reasoning to determine appropriate solutions, conclusions.  |
